TC777 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

Welcome to TC777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and TC777 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the website available at tc777.wine and any associated mobile interfaces or applications. By accessing TC777, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

All activities conducted on TC777 are subject to these Terms alongside the specific rules published for individual games, promotions and payment methods. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion or game rule, the specific rule takes precedence for that activity only.

To register a TC777 account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts and other legal constructs may not hold player accounts.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through TC777 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a TC777 employee or contractor in a role that provides access to non-public platform information.
• You have not previously had a TC777 account closed for fraud, abuse, bonus manipulation or any breach of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one TC777 account. If you lose access to your account, contact support to recover it — do not create a second account. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from bonus activity.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. TC777 will verify this information as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

Your TC777 account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — are your personal responsibility. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your TC777 account while you are logged in, including bets placed and deposits made. TC777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to take reasonable security precautions.

• Use a strong, unique password for your TC777 account — do not reuse passwords from other websites.

• Log out of TC777 when using shared or public devices.
• Do not share your account with any other person, including family members. Each person must have their own TC777 account.

TC777 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits are credited to your TC777 account within minutes of successful processing. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. TC777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Players are responsible for understanding any charges their payment provider applies.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are subject to the following processing times:

• NayaPay & SadaPay: 1–4 hours for verified accounts
• IBFT bank transfer: 2–8 hours during banking hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–5 working days depending on the issuing bank

TC777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 1,00,000. During such a review, the withdrawal may be held for up to 72 hours while documentation is assessed. This is a regulatory requirement, not a reflection of any negative status on your account.

TC777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. In the case of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules applicable to all TC777 promotions:

• One bonus per player, per household and per device unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The specific multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe are forfeited.
• TC777 may restrict which games count towards wagering requirements. Live casino and sports betting contributions vary by promotion and are stated in the individual terms.
• TC777 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes arbitrage.
• TC777 may modify, suspend or withdraw any active promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given. Completed wagering on active bonuses at the time of a withdrawal will be honoured.

All bets placed on TC777 are subject to the specific rules published for the relevant sport or game, which are available within the platform's help section. The following general rules apply to all TC777 betting activity:

• Once a bet is confirmed and settled in the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• TC777 reserves the right to void any bet if it was placed after the event or outcome had already been determined — for example, due to a system delay in live odds.
• Obvious pricing errors — including mispriced odds resulting from technical glitches or data feed errors — do not constitute a valid market. TC777 may void bets placed at erroneously posted prices after investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TC777 and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure upon investigation:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using TC777 for any form of financial fraud, money laundering or to process funds derived from illegal activity. TC777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market — particularly in poker, where chip dumping and soft play are specifically prohibited.
• Cheating software: Using any automated betting tool, bot, script or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage over TC777 or other players. This includes card-counting software in live blackjack and RTA solvers used in real-time during poker games.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your TC777 account, whether for betting purposes or otherwise.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been received and used on TC777 without first raising the matter with TC777's support team. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through legal channels.
• Abuse of staff: Threatening, harassing or abusing any TC777 support agent or other member of staff. TC777 reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts where this occurs.
• Underage access: Attempting to access or use TC777 while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for an underage person.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any TC777 content without express written permission.

The TC777 name, logo and brand identifiers are registered trademarks. Use of TC777's brand assets in any context outside the platform, including on social media, third-party websites or print materials, requires prior written authorisation from TC777's management team.

TC777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We operate on the principle that gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
